2004
SCE Website:
SCE is currently in the development of a totally
revamped website to be released in early 2004. The
website will include a new look and feel, enhanced
navigation and functionality, and much more content
and resources available to users.
For the individual, the new site will feature an
improved training tool, chat/forum capability, testing/quizzing
, broadened course/product offerings, and a completely
personalized user experience.
For the corporation, the new site will feature the
ability to setup and monitor groups of users, assign
courses, track and monitor student progress, view
and customize real-time reports, manage payment
/ financials, host company-only chat sessions, and
deploy customized course content.
The purpose of the new site is three-fold: (1) to
promote the new SCE brand, (2) to offer a turn-key
training solution for both individuals and corporations
alike, and (3) improve the overall user experience.

Strategic
Partnership:
Supply Chain Education, Inc. and Luttrell Training
& Consulting Inc. have joined forces to offer
more to their customers. SCE, which provides online
certification review courses for C.P.M. and CPIM
and LTC, which provides SAP end-user training, have
come together to offer one stop shopping for customers
seeking efficiency and growth for their company.
"With the two companies working together we
have to ability to positively enable and optimize
a business' processes through education and training,"
said Ginger Luttrell, president of LTC.
These two Dallas-based companies made the decision
to build an alliance based on the needs of their
customers. Each found that education and training
are in high demand. With the downturn of the economy,
many companies are looking to improve within. SCE
and LTC seized the opportunity to coming together
and offer a one-of-a-kind service that provides
training for the supply chain as well as the internal
processes.
"Our main goal is to help them understand their
company within before improving it," said Brandon
Reynolds, business growth strategist for SCE. "By
offering this dual service, a company can really
benefit from the education we provide."
The two companies will work to promote each other's
services as a package, but will still operate as
separate entities. They feel that tapping into each
other's markets will broaden their customer base
and also provide a better service for their customers.
